HOEM Field Services is different in the fact that every contractor who works for us, along with the subcontractors they use, must undergo training to ensure that the work we give the investor is professional in every way.

We believe the key to a good product for the investor is to have trained and professional contractors in the field and on the trucks doing the work. Each of our contractors provides additional training to their subcontractors dependant on each unique situation. All subcontractors are presented the HOEM Field Services training guide and are expected to implement a personnel training plan that equals or exceeds what was provided in this guide.
